As we enter 2021, the pandemic is still a major influence on our lives.
Lockdown, curfew, school closures and the realities of home office are aspects of a crisis that is going on far too long already. It has been difficult for all of us and we are all tired of it.
It is helpful in this situation to realize how much positive energy exists regardless, that work is progressing and that – thanks to the scientific accomplishment of the vaccines – a post-pandemic period is in sight.
In INDCOR, this perspective is reflected in the ongoing work on the encyclopedia (more news on that soon), a new task force on authoring tools, and a new Social Chair (Maria Reyes) who is planning a series of online networking events for our action.
We also welcome new members and Belgium as a new member country. And soon, we will share more details about our collaboration with the ZIP Scene conference in Budapest and an associated INDCOR meeting in late September.
